Internet Support Associate

Number of Postions:  1
Location:   Hinesburg, VT

Responsible for providing high quality service to Internet customers via telephone, mail and office contacts.  Interaction with customers either by telephone or in person in order to support all Internet transactions which include service orders, general service and technical support questions.  Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as general Internet and operating system technical support skills.  Advanced Internet skills, including web hosting & broadband knowledge, a plus.  Strong computer background in either hardware or software is desirable.  Full time position.   EOE
