Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom, a Vermont based telecommunications solutions provider located in central Vermont, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team in our Waitsfield Business Office:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE-LEVEL I

Entry-level position for Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom’s Customer Service Department; responsibilities include providing high quality telephone, broadband, and cable service to customers via telephone, internet, live-chat, mail, and office contacts, marketing new services, collecting of accounts, inbound and outbound calling, as well as processing service requests. Applicant must have strong interpersonal communications skills necessary to maintain productive relationships with customers in resolving service and billing-related questions, and marketing new services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications preferred. Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of one-year customer service and/or sales experience; however, demonstrated work experience within a call-center environment with established sales experience preferred.
