If you want to make sure emails from a specific sender don’t end up getting caught in spam, you can add them to your ‘Friends’ list in your spam settings. Here’s how:

Open a web browser and go to Enter your email address and password as shown below, and click on ‘GO TO SPAM’

Click on the ‘Policies’ tab at the top. Enter the email address of the sender you would like to add, then click on the green plus sign (+) to add them to the list. Once the change is made, please allow up to 24 hours for it to take effect.
