Getting Started With MyBackup

Open up your Internet browser, and go to

Type your GMA email address and password, then click on Go to Application Portal

Click on the New Apps tab at the bottom of the App Launcher, then click on the MyBackup icon to add it to your apps

Click Sign Up and follow the steps shown below to add MyBackup to your account and download the software

*A welcome email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up, please keep a copy of it for your records*

Once you have clicked the download button, the file will be saved to your downloads folder in your internet browser. You can open the file from there to begin the installation process

Now that MyBackup is installed, you are ready to select the files you want to back up. Click on the icon in your system tray to sign in and follow the steps shown below to get started

You can uncheck any items you do not want to back up

Once your backup begins, you will see the window pictured below

The initial backup may take several hours to several days complete, and may vary based on how much data you are backing up

You can check the status of your backup by clicking on the icon in your system tray. When the backup is complete, you will see the the window pictured below
