WCVT is proud to partner with the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) to support the 2026 College Scholarship Program – an initiative that helps rural students pursue their first year of college or vocational school.

Each year, FRS awards scholarships to exceptional rural students, empowering them to strengthen their communities through education and skill-building. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships. To apply, students must be sponsored by an NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association member company, which includes WCVT. As your local telecommunications provider, we’re thrilled to offer this opportunity to students in our community.

We encourage all eligible students to apply for this incredible opportunity to further their education and contribute to the growth of rural communities.
