January 18th, 11:30am Email Server Update
The engineering team continues to work with the email server engineers to identify the root cause. The server rebuild was completed but the issue hasn’t been completely mitigated. It is impacting about 5% of our mailboxes. The engineers are telling us that all mail is being queued and should deliver as soon as access to the problematic email server is restored. As soon as we have additional updates, we’ll update this status. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore this mail server.
