Important Information Regarding Toll Fraud Prevention

The telecom industry has seen dramatic increases in international long distance fraud targeted against telephone subscribers. In order to protect our customers against toll fraud, we have implemented a policy to block all outbound international calls on accounts that have not made international calls (excluding Canada) in the last 120 days. There is no cost associated with the block.
In the event that you need to make international calls, please contact us and we would be happy to unblock your line. Just be aware that it exposes you to potential fraud.
