System Requirements for Sports Hub and 4K Content

  • Requires GMA Video client version 2.29 (Platforms supported are Android TV, Amazon Fire TV. Please note, the app developer Tivo made the decision to exclude the Apple platform and Android mobile devices). Per NBC rules, Basic Package subscribers will see the Olympic category in the Sports Hub menu selection but will not have access to the content.
  • 4K content requires a 4K tv and 4K compatible streaming device. 4K bit rate = 12Mbps. Internet speeds at your device and Wi-Fi speeds if your TV is not hardwired.
  • 4K laddering spec – 4K feed for non 4K devices will display at the resolution of the television or the streaming device, whichever is lower.
  • Please note: USA 4K Channel is only available for the duration of the Winter Games.
